About The Project

Location:

Proslav is the most western district of Plovdiv. It was a village up to 1969 when it was incorporated into Plovdiv And since then it has rapidly developed into a beautiful and prosperous neighborhood.

The location of the project is very close to the ring -road 86 , that's bring a direct exit to main entrance to Plovdiv- which makes it communicative to all points of the city. Another transport connection is the railway line "Plovdiv – Sofia" which has a stop station in the neighborhood – about 4 min' by car from the new project.

All the villas with views to the Rhodope mountain, lies at the foot of the Rhodope Mountains – one of the most stunning mountain ranges on the entire Balkans. The region is known for its incredible biodiversity, countless natural sites, hiking trails and many breathtaking landscapes.

The Project:

The project consists of 14 luxurious villas that will be built in a closed and unique complex. The project will contain 2 different types of villas.
The first, a single villa on an extended private area of about 450 square meters. Total built area of about 235 square meters spread over two levels. The villa has an adjacent parking lot and a large garden area.

The second type to choose from is one of 2 matching villas on a common area of approximately 550 square meters. The constructed area of each individual villa (one of the two) will be approximately 180 square meters. Each villa has a separate parking adjacent to the house.

All the villas will be built to a very high standard befitting an exclusive project.
